How does it work?
After an in-depth consultation about your wellness goals, you’ll receive an exercise or nutrition program (or both) designed just for you! If you choose the remote coaching option, you’ll receive your workouts or nutrition program via an app or email with regular coach interaction. If you choose the in-person option, you’ll receive your program via an in-person meeting.

Ann Lehman, owner, has led individuals to reach their wellness goals through individual and group exercise and nutrition programs for the past decade. She is an OPEX Level 1 Associate Coach, USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach, CrossFit Level 2 Coach, and a Balanced Habits Food Coach.
